Refund policy

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@recovryzone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (we do not cover return shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important to carefully inspect all parts and present all issues on first contact. Please ensure all products are returned clean, or a cleaning/replacement fee may be applicable. Please note that once a resolution has been provided, any additional defective, damaged or wrong items can't be resolved.


Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for another as long as you can accept the shipping fees.


Cancellation Fee
Please be aware that there is a 5% cancellation fee applicable to any order that hasn't been processed. For instance, if you have ordered a $150 ice bath and choose to cancel, the fee would be $7.50. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the value of the returned items (not including the actual shipping costs) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
